Terms and Conditions

  • Booking is only confirmed with a cleared payment of 30% of the final fee, the balance can be before or on the day. This is non refundable deposit should you cancel less than ten days prior to the event you will loose all the deposit. If you cancel the booking more than 10 days before you will receive 50% back via a cheque.

  • All prices quoted reflect the detail given at the time of booking, however if you change the time or location or number of children please be aware a change in fee could take effect.

  • The balance of the booking will need to be paid in cash prior to the staff attending starting their appearance. Please provide in an envelope.

  • All parties and events booked will need to be confirmed via email to ensure all details are correct and a confirmation and acceptance email or letter sent.

  • All our staff will be treated with respect on the day and allowed a safe and private place to get into costume! After 20-30 min each member of staff inside a mascot will require a 5 min break to get  a drink of water to avoid over-heating!!

  • Please do not let older children or teenagers to 'harass' the mascots! This spoils it for the younger ones and also can be dangerous and damage the mascots! Also please ensure children are not allowed to throw drinks or get paint/ice creams near the costumes as cleaning them is an expensive job!

  • Please ensure there is a nearby parking space for our staff as the mascots and equipment is big and bulky!

Self Hire Terms and Conditions

  • No smoking near or in the same room as any of our mascots, this is important also when storing or travelling with the mascots if you are hiring them out.
  • No sticky sweets or ice creams etc to be got on the mascots. Please ensure they are returned in the same condition as you received them or you will be liable to loose part/all your deposit if they are beyond repair!
  • Please ensure you pack up the box properly ensuring all the components of the costume are out back in. Any lost or unreturned items will result in the loss of all/part of your security deposit.
  • The Interlink couriers will be delivering your mascot in a large box, please be available on the designated day to sign for this as they will charge if they have to re-deliver. Also when they collect eh mascot after your event please be available, they will contact you with a time slot on the day.
  • The box must not be damaged as these are custom made and are to keep the mascot secure. Upon sending the mascot back to please re-seal the box with suitable packing tape. The couriers will attach their own label, there is no need to label or write on the box.

Our unofficial homemade tribute lookalike costumes are all part of a personal and private collection and appear for fun at all events. We do not claim to be any original TV or Film character, only lookalikes. All our charges and quotes are our expenses only. We do not sell to third parties or provide any official merchandise or official costumes.
